Concept of Port Fees and Taxes
They may include all fees, charges, tolls, and taxes imposed by governmental or quasi-governmental authorities, as well as third-party charges derived from the presence of the ship in port. They may also include customs duties, passenger taxes, Panama Canal tolls, dock fees or charges, inspection fees, pilotage services, air fees, hotel taxes or VAT incurred as part of a land service, immigration and naturalization fees, and taxes for navigation, docking, stowage, luggage, and security services. They may also include the applicable NFC by some cruise lines. Port Fees and Taxes can be calculated per passenger, per docking, per ton, or per ship. Assessments calculated by tons or by ship will be distributed among the passengers of the ship. Port Fees and Taxes are subject to change and the Cruise Line reserves the right to pass on increases or decreases according to the amounts in force at the time of navigation, even if the fare has already been paid in full.
General terms and conditions of the reservation: Prices
Prices are in EUROS or US DOLLARS as indicated in the Price table. They are CRUISE ONLY prices on full board, not including any air or land service EXCEPT if otherwise indicated in the itinerary program. Prices and availability shown are subject to changes until the moment the reservation is made. Tips are not included and will be paid onboard: $17 per person per night in categories from inside to balcony, $18 per person per night in Mini Suite, Cabanas, and Club Class categories, and $19 per person per night in Suites. Before confirming your reservation in the online process, the Full Price of the cruise and the additional requested services will be clearly shown, also indicating the payment schedule of the reservation as well as the penalty schedule in case of cancellation, which you must accept to continue with the reservation. Likewise, by confirming the reservation, you accept the Passenger Contract that binds the relationship between the passenger and the Princess Cruises shipping company. Name changes are allowed up to 30 days before the departure date unless the applied promotional fare indicates otherwise. Land services of the shipping company must be requested with a deadline up to 20 days before the start of the navigation. Air tickets contracted with the shipping company can only be included once the cruise is confirmed, do not allow name changes, and are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
